Classes and Group Events

“Silence the Stress” Reduce stress and increase relaxation through body awareness, breath, movement and sound.

I love to offer this class. This is something we all struggle with. How do we let go and let our bodies have some peace? I developed this class through my own needs for relaxation and reducing the stress in my life. Combining slow and purposeful body movements, breath and vocal sounding, participants learn to “Silence the Stress” in ways that are easy and work. My CD “Silence the Stress” is a 41 minute sound meditation to use at home.

Mantra and Meditation

Opening our voices in song through chants of all origins uplifts and clears body, mind and spirit. The flow of this class begins with chanting for 15 to 20 minutes, which prepares you for 10 minutes of silent meditation. I complete the class with playing and sounding with my crystal singing bowls for 20 to 30 minutes. What a wonderful way to spend an hour and come out feeling cleared, relaxed and rejuvenated! (This time schedule is for a one hour class, hour and a half to two hour class times are available.)

Toning Circles, Finding the Power of your Voice

Toning circles use the most powerful and blessed instrument known, our own voice. Just as chanting and singing clear and empower ourselves, sounding or toning in a group is another powerful way to connect and understand oneself. It is a safe and easy way to discover, and express your true voice. This group experience can be taken into private practice at home. Toning vowel sounds, one or two syllable words as the group's voices harmonize, become dissonant, find harmony again and resonate is a powerful, fun and exhilarating experience.

Quartz Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath

I use all my quartz crystal and brass singing bowls to surround you in a bath of healing sounds. The drone of the deriding is used as guided to bring the primordial earth sound to the session as needed. This is a deeply relaxing experience that clears and harmonizes your whole being... body, mind and spirit. Look in my music section for the

Find Your Voice

In this healing session I work with the quartz crystal bowls, brass bowls tuning forks or

didjeridu to literally find your voice and set it free. Using my intuitive abilities, your

breath, movement and your voice, together we discover the blocks of expression.

Then, we sound them out and move them out, to clear that channel to your divine voice

for the amazing experience of yourself!

Full Spectrum Healing with the Language of Light.

My work in sound healing began with the opening of this Language of Light into my

massage work. The experience of a session with the language, is likened to shamanic healing, a spiritual reading and energy session all in one. The

Language of Light is the main vehicle for the work as it is a conduit for information, or as I prefer to look at it, a soul to soul conversation with Spirit. An beautiful esoteric experience that is gentle in its amazing power, and subtle in its depth of healing. I have a free sample sound bath MP3 in the Language of Light in my music section.
